GOVROAD ACADEMY™ is operated by Intelica Analytics. We want you to be confident in your enrollment, so we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on individual course purchases made through this website.

Refund window

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. This window applies to one-time course purchases and the first billing period of any subscription plan. Renewal charges on subscriptions are covered by Paddle's standard refund handling.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:

• Visit paddle.net and locate your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
• Reply to your Paddle order confirmation email, or
• Contact us through the form on the About page and we will forward your request to Paddle.

Organizational and cohort agreements

Organizational training, private cohorts, and licensed team access are governed by the separate written agreement between Intelica Analytics and the client organization. Where no separate agreement exists, the 30-day money-back guarantee above applies.
